DNAstable LD是DNA稳定剂的液体形式，需经干燥后可在室温下保存DNA样品。这种介质是完全可溶的，确保全部样品的回收。

• 添加20µl DNAstable LD到1-100μlDNA样品中（≤30μg）储存在水或溶液中
• 温和混匀，避免形成气泡
• 在通风橱中干燥样品。可用真空泵在低温下干燥（25-30℃）
• 完全干燥的样品不会粘在底部，若干燥不完全需延长干燥时间

• 向含有样品的管或孔中添加10-100µl水或其他液体
• 孵育15分钟
• 温和混匀，可直接用于下游应用
• 不需要再纯化样品
• 再补液的样品可以重新干燥。不建议重复补液/干燥3次以上
